Lisa’s biggest and best jobs didn't come overnight.
She worked in local news for 12 years and was a photographer, a producer, editor, anchor and reporter. Sometimes, she barely made enough to pay rent. It took 10 years between her first inquiry to work the NCAA Tournament, to her actual first assignment.
Sometimes "the wait" between the "grunt and glory jobs" can be one day, five years, or a decade.
Embrace it all. Diving into the trenches can be equally as rewarding and help lead to getting that dream job eventually. It's ALL a part of the journey.
